Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the contractor, in accordance with Normative Resolution No. 161 of August 9, 1985 of EMBRATUR, the return policy below will apply:

More than 30 days before the event: refund of 80% of the total amount paid;

Between 29 and 21 days before the event: refund of 70% of the total amount paid;

Between 20 and 7 days before the event: refund of 50% of the total amount paid;

Less than 7 days before the event: no refund.
